Shrimp Alfredo
This shrimp alfredo takes little effort and is so creamy and delicious the entire family will love it!
In a large pan over medium high heat add olive oil and shrimp. Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes until they are pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
To the same shrimp pan add butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated parmesan cheese and let simmer until it starts to thicken. Add shrimp and pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley and extra parmesan cheese.
